We own multiple properties and I have a fair idea of what it costs to perform an annual preventative pest control. I called Flick and Bugfree and was quoted north of $500 (from last year’s $285 or so). Not sure what you think but that’s a very steep inflation. So I called Warwick from Pure Dry Home services, he said he would loook after me and charge us a fraction of the cost of the competitors. And also, as a bonus, turned our to be a very nice guy.
