Good morning

Yesterday your technician Mark cleaned the carpets at my home in Narellan Vale.

When I booked the service I had requested the possibility of the technician I had originally do my carpet in 2009, as I was very unhappy with the work provided by the gentleman who attended in 2012.

Fortunately for me, Mark was able to do my carpets yesterday. I had left instructions with my husband Peter who is not able to do much heavy lifting or helping with moving furniture. Peter rang me while Mark was working commenting on the quality of his workmanship.

So, we would like to thank Mark for a great job done. He arrived on time as advised, he offered relevant additional services for us to consider which we agreed to, he didn’t rush to get the job done and he was very friendly. Needless to say, we are extremely happy with how the carpets and lounge turned out, and would highly recommend your services and Mark to our friends.

I have worked in customer service and dealt with service industries over the years, and these days it is hard to find good customer service. So keep up the good work, and thanks again!

Dear Lee,

I thought to take the time to send you this email to let you know how impressed I was from the first moment contacting your company on 30th March 2016 and spoke to a wonderful lady, Sarah. I had stressed to her I am in desperate of my “veryyyyy dirty” carpet to be cleaned and shared with her I had a very bad experience with a previous carpet cleaning company (toxic free)  as they let me down by not doing a good job, and Sarah made the effort to organise someone to attend on a day and time that suited me perfectly well. She used great customer service and I was extremely happy.

Yesterday I received a call from Jerry, well at first I really thought it was the owner of the company phoning me as that’s how professional he came across, as I thought instantly he knew of my bad experience passed on by Sarah and wanted to give me the comfort of trust, which I feel is a must, also both of them knew I had an appointment at 10.30am, so they both co-ordinated with each other of my deadline. What a team.

From there on, Jerry confirmed my appointment and we co-ordinated and kept in contact till he arrived on Friday 1st April 2016 7am. I must say, I he did a magnificent job and I truly wish I had taken before and after shots to email them to you on a marvellous job he did. The carpet was ?? like the pro hart carpet ad.

Coming to the end of his cleaning, Jerry had that “attention to detail” attitude and that was awesome to see, not him knowing I was observing that, as I am studying Psychology, Behaviour Change & Wellbeing Management (+ nutrition)  he is a natural at it.

Also my point I am making is that, as some may see some carpet cleaners as “Just Carpet Cleaners” well some like Jerry are more than just “Just Carpet Cleaners”  it’s all about what I have discussed in my email. So people like Sarah and Jerry are worth complimenting on, as they are not  “Just Carpet Cleaners” and “Just Customer Service staff”  they show respect and great care.

I thought to ask you Lee, would you be so kind enough you mail me some business cards and brochures of your company, as I would like to pass them to people to let them know there is an alternative instead of using toxic carpet cleaning companies, as this journey of studies I am on is part of people being aware of what’s out there. I would appreciate that.
